MINESTRONE DI STAGIONE


Hearty and nutritious, minestrone soup is a tasty crowd-pleaser and is super-easy to tweak according to the vegetables you have in the house!

Perfect if you don't feel like cooking or you are too tired (or too lazy)!

Let's get cooking!

Prep: 30min - Level: SUPER Easy - Serving: 4

INGREDIENTS

- 1 White Onion

- 2 Carrots

- 2 Potatoes

- 2 Celery Stalks

- 1 Garlic

- 100gr Cauliflower

- 100gr Broccoli

- 50gr Peas

- 50gr Beans

- 50gr Chickpea

- Frozen Food Bag

METHOD

1. Start off pealing the potatoes and the garlic.

Put them together with the other ingredients and rinse from soil and dust.

2. Roughly chop onion, carrots, potatoes and celery. Put aside.

Cut cauliflower and Broccoli in small pieces.

3. Group all the ingredients and divide them in equal parts. Use a scale to weight 400gr each bag

4. Use a scale to weigh 400gr each bag.

Close tight and put them into your freezer.

There is no limitation on what kind of vegetables do you like to use.
To cook, just put it frozen into a pot with cold water (enough to cover the minestrone), seasoning with salt and pepper and some bayleaves. Add oil just before eat.
